Really comfortable hotel in a centrelized location. Lots of restaurants and bars inside the hotel and very dog friendly. The boutique bar outside the hotel is so much fun!

The room was comfortable and the shower was great. No breakfast option available, but there is a great spot just a few steps away. Room service was quick and very good. There is a speaker in the bathroom to listen to what is on the TV. Only issue is if there is an event with the rooftop bar, you can hear the music if you are on the 5th floor. The music stoped by midnight.

Highly recommend the Loft as it was a beautiful space. The Heddle room has a glass window in the door to the bathroom. Technically you could shower in privacy but I would rather a solid door.
Staff handled an issue with our original room well. They were immediately available when I called and provided both a short term (moving rooms for the night) and long term solution (fixing the issue) plan within ten minutes. Heddle room is a good option if you need a place to sleep and will be otherwise out for the day. Loved the digital building and door keys. Easy parking. The entire building space is quite unique and stylish.

The room was very clean and comfortable. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Breakfast good, coffee was really good. Lots of parking available for our 2 night stay.
