This single-story home offers easy living with an open plan living room, eat-in kitchen, two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a bonus study. Start your morning off relaxing on the private deck off of the Primary bedroom or enjoy the cool evenings on the deck just off of the kitchen.

Located on the outskirts of the village of Rockport, you will find yourself just a short stroll to the Atlantic Ocean coastline where you can enjoy two of Rockport's beaches. Explore quaint Bearskin Neck with all of its unique shops and restaurants, and catch a show at the world-class Shalin Liu Performance Center. Rockport Harbor is also nearby with its fishing and pleasure boats.
