I did not like the room service that is every other day, consequently we had to request towels and conduct other things that the service staff does . My first time in a hotel where room service is every other day. We paid 230.00 a day for 8 days and it was far from worth it. We came to Laurinburgh do to an emergency and had to take what was available.

Before booking ask if their plumbing updates have been completed. Bathroom floor was wet all night from leaking toilet. There was sloppy, thick sealing around the base as if a repair had been attempted, but clearly wasn't completed or done properly. We got in too late to mess with switching rooms, but apparently they've been trying to finish plumbing work in several rooms. Aside from plumbing, it was too high of a price for the overall quality of this Hampton.

The property was conveniently located for my needs but it was very outdated and unappealing. It appeared clean despite the worn furnishings and stained/ripped flooring. The door had a large gap and rattled anytime someone shut a door to a different room. Staff was very nice.

I did not like anything. Dirty facility, almost nothing worked in my room, iron, entire toilet moving, stain everywhere….a disaster! I dont plan to ever stay there again. I will also tell to my colleagues to never stay in this hotel. Front desk guy, (i arrived at 5pm ish) he does not care and not willing to help!

Dirty is an understatement. My sink was clogged so I called the desk attendant. He pulled out so much gunk out of the sink while I watched. The whole room smelled. The bathroom had either dried urine or feces in and around the toilet. And the whole variety was moist. I was told because I booked through a third party that I couldn’t change my room or get a refund or anything. Never again!

Not so much the property; although it felt very safe, it was clean & convenient. The reason I loved my stay so much was the friendliness & caring of the employees. Shout out for “Cliff” who manned the front desk. Hampton Inn is very lucky to have this employee. He made our stay so enjoyable. Friendly, helpful, engaging… I felt like we were best friends when I left. Such an asset to your establishment.

The sheets were wrinkled and not clean. The toilet wobbled back and forth, there was a large hand print on the mirror and the carpet had a penetrating musty smell that was hard to endure. Staff was very friendly but the hotel was not clean and the carpet needs to be urgently changed out.

We booked for one night which was great. We were able to get a room. We decided to stay another night, and booked a room with hotels.com. Only to be told they had no rooms upon arrival. Then I get and email that the hotel agreed to give all money back. Well hotels.com charged us anyways for the second night. Hoping we can get all of the money back which according to the email I received we should.

My stay at this hotel was excellent! I needed a place where my son and I felt safe, and comfortable, while I found our forever home. We tried two other hotels here in Laurinburg before we came here. But the staff did such a good job of taking care of us, I not only stayed, I extended our stay another week! My only complaint would be to Expedia, bc my last few days I added onto my stay were messed up. The last two nights were booked with Expedia, but Hampton Inn didn't have me staying there the last two nights. So the manager had to come to my room to ask me to come down stairs, so we could straighten the mess out. But he was very courteous and understanding about everything . The entire staff, everyone I came in contact with, was friendly and helpful. Thanks so much Hampton Inn Laurinburg NC

The hotel itself was very nice and appeared clean and well maintained. That being said, we stayed in room 320 and as soon as we opened the door we were hit with a very strong odor of mildew which made one's eyes water. There were two dehumidifiers in the hall, so there's was obviously a water leak/problem. The odor was far worse in the bathroom, we kept the door closed to help minimize the fumes. Very disappointed that we were given a room with a problem and paid nearly $200 for the night. That being said, the furniture was nice and beds were comfy. The breakfast was also decent and the breakfast area was very clean. Glad we only spent one night on our way to Myrtle beach. The room we were given has a problem and we were very disappointed.
