Stay comfortable with central heat and a wall A/C unit in each bedroom. (NO central air- AC units in each bedroom only). Note: There is no lake access to Lake Bella Vista.

The Enso Connect guest verification process will require:

* ID and selfie uploads

Guests will enjoy exclusive access to a private apartment in a 4-unit building. The property is self-check-in, so please carefully read the check-in instructions prior to arrival. Property amenities include a shared driveway, shared coin laundry facilities in the basement, and a back patio with a propane BBQ grill. You have around-the-clock access to your space through our custom-coded keypad deadbolt locks. To ensure your safety, all of our properties are equipped with Ring video doorbell cameras .
