Rooftop sauna area was lovely but pool the floors down sadly.
Shocked at being charged 5€ a day for “ energy costs” when checking out!!!!
No replacement of coffee pods or tea bags- very mean for a 4 star hotel. We slept ok but some may find train noisy outside our window. Rhine view nice and citibikes to hire on site - very handy and cheap!

"Stayed here so many times. However, you now have to pay a surcharge to use the sauna, and breakfast is now very expensive. Shame. Has become less easy to get adjoining rooms for families. Otherwise it’s a great hotel."

"Great location, friendly staff that spoke good English, convenient parking. Breakfast was worth it. Room was clean and well maintained. Not too sure if it was air conditioned, I set the thermostat to 18 and the room never cooled off."
