"Beautiful plantation style home: the walls and floors are amazing redwood planks and each wall is set with sets of French doors that open to a lovely, partially screened lanai. The home is surrounded by greenery and wildlife. We saw (and heard) numerous roosters, chickens, bull frogs, song birds, wild pigs. Close, easy walk to the peaceful Anini Beach. We were there during a rain storm that battered other Hawaiian islands, but treated us with gentle showers. The home was clean and well set up- agree that it could use some sharper knives. "

"Our stay was amazing. The condo is very comfortable and Ron was immediate with his email communication to all our questions. We had a party of six staying at the condo for our daughter's wedding. Ron (and the condo itself) was accommodating by providing us with an iron for our wedding clothes and allowing us to have a small dinner reception after the ceremony. We enjoyed how close we were to Wyllie Beach. The trail was steep and slippery but totally worth the hike! We are in our 50's and handled it carefully but also had so much fun being in the jungle and looking at the overwhelming foliage. We walked to the Princeville shops a lot and enjoyed how conveniently close it was. The condo itself is comfortable, met all our needs and made us feel at home. It could have been a bit more clean but overall, that was the least of our worries while having the most memorable and exciting time in Kauai. Thank you Ron!"

The hosts was very nice. We didn’t get to get the chance to see the moon through his telescope due to rain! Overall, we had a great time!"

"A wonderful, spacious apartment. We loved the wrap-around deck and the gorgeous flowers and foliage. We enjoyed the ping pong table and sadly didn't have the weather to enjoy the pool—but it looked inviting. The apartment is cool and breezy, and loved having the windows open. Be ready for the rooster wake-up calls. Which is everywhere on Kauai. "

"Everything was easy and accessible. Very lovely area and suitable place to stay. Only downside if you could call it that (because it wasn’t a problem for us) this unit did not have AC. There where many fans and the unit stayed very cool especially while sleeping. "

We weren't disappointed in the home itself, and Anini is just about the most peaceful place I've been, so it was amazing to be back and able to just walk across the street to be in bliss anytime we wanted! "Great location for the quiet rest I sought. Staff were helpful, and I enjoyed several classes with Hawaiian cultural activities. It was sad not to have the main pool and especially the hot tub available, but I knew it was under maintenance when I reserved my room. Very nice bathroom with a jacuzzi tub and separate shower. The property was quiet snd I walked to many nearby places, and took the bus to others."
