My kids really enjoyed the pool, and so did I! Room was nice & clean. Staff were nice. I really appreciated the late checkout. (At least compared to other hotels, 12pm is late!)

Inside of hotel was clean the staff could’ve been a little more friendly, except the housekeepers were nice but their parking lot was awful. It was so icy and I’m handicapped and even the handicap part of the parking lot where you take your walker or wheelchair down was full of ice and no salt. I didn’t think it was very safe.

The staff was amazing and made us feel at home during a very long stay for medical reasons. It was lovely to have a small kitchen, laundry facilities, breakfast and free shuttles to Mayo Clinic! Also, the pool and jacuzzi were a plus!

Amazing suite, tons of room, loved the vaulted ceiling. It made the rooms feel huge! great amenities in the room. Everything you would need to make a meal, great ice maker that worked incredibly fast! helpful, responsive staff at the front desk. The breakfast wasn't my favorite, but it was free hot and ready each day. Price was decent, especially given the size and quality of the room. It was clean and we loved it! We will definitely be back!

We stayed at this property for 2 nights because our grandkids enjoy the water park. The water park is fun, but the facility is poorly managed. We were given a handicap room for 4 people and we did not request or need it. There was one small mirror and no counter space in the bathroom. The backsplash in the the kitchenette was dirty. There were extremely small garbage cans with no bags, dirty pillow on the couch, and a queen bed when we booked a king. Overall the room was poorly set up with inconveniently located desk in the kitchen area. I would not stay here again.
