You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

### Sunny Home in Private Setting

This is a spacious two-bedroom home providing all you need to relax and unwind!   
  
Perfect for a twosome, the \`huge\` principal bedroom has a queen bed. If you have an extra guest or child, there is a single bed in the cozy second bedroom.  
  
Onsite and garage parking is included. Pets welcome if approved by host -- $20/night/pet.  
  
LONG-TERM STAYS WELCOME!  
  
The kitchen is fully equipped with all you\`d need to cook and bake. A washer/dryer is onsite, with detergent provided.  
  
You will self check-in.  
  
If you have questions, please reach out through the portal and you will be responded to by either me or my manager.  
  
Noise Information:   
  
This home is not far from the Rochester International Airport, so there may be opportunity for flight noise. Also there is a railroad track in the vicinity. Some people love the sound of trains! My experience is that once inside, the sounds are muffled.  
  
There is an exterior camera system for the house, but there are no indoor cameras.
