Minutes from the Mayo, grocery stores, movie theatre, and great restaurants!! If you have children the neighborhood is safe and family friendly, featuring 2 playgrounds. The house is equipped with toys, high chair and pack in play.
Clean, comfortable, affordable, safe, garage parking, and new :).
Light cleaning service provided for stays greater than 10 days (upon request)

An Oasis of Calm!
This clean, peaceful home was an oasis of calm during the latest leg of our health journey at Mayo. So much more comforting than the institutional feel of a hotel – and so much more inviting! Thank you to our hosts for sharing the love of God in such a personal way....

We will stay here again!
The house looked exactly like the photos & the description was accurate. We drove up from Kansas to spend time with family and the lovely home was within 8 miles of every activity and restaurant we ate at. The tray for shoes and boots is a great idea to keep the floors clean. Thank you so much for allowing us to park in the garage, that’s a special amenity! The sofa is comfortable, we enjoyed watching a couple of movies while we were there. It was nice to have a copy of the Bible an available so we didn’t have to do our daily scripture reading on a phone app. The neighborhood is very quiet, we slept in twice. FYI: the house numbers for these homes are on a plaque on the left side of the garage and it blends in with the color of the brick.

Exactly what it was advertised
There for 2 weeks for Mayo and wanted a quiet place to come back to and not a hotel. Was 15 minutes from the campus and an easy drive. Five to ten minutes from all the stores you need.
Property was in a quiet neighborhood and was clean and ready to go when we got there a day late. Manager of property was prompt with replies and accommodated us when the stay needed to be extended a few days.
