Wonderful clean and comfortable home away from home. Perfect for families, friends, and groups. The house is a split level and offers plenty of space and privacy. 2 bedroom 2 baths located upstairs (main level). 2 bedrooms 1 bath located downstairs.
The house is fully equipped. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need. It also features a ‘share’ cabinet that offers non perishable’s, to help you save money.
The home has baby and kid toys, pack in play, baby bouncer, and baby high chair seat. There is an empty playroom for kids and 2 playgrounds within walking distance.
The house is in great shape and feels new. The neighborhood is wonderful.
The home is perfect place to relax if you're visiting the Mayo Clinic. There are restaurants, Target, Costco, movie theatres, kids bounce world, and much more all within a
mile.
*** We provide soap, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, etc to get you started, you may need to refill depending on the length of your stay.
No cable tv. Smart tv provided for your own account use.
*In effort to keep costs down we do not throw out items based on a stain. We use our best discretion and strive to give you a clean and cozy home at affordable rates.
**We operate a share cabinet. We leave pantry and fridge/freezer items that we believe the next guest may enjoy and could use.

Better than we dreamed of!
This house is amazing. We stayed over Thanksgiving with 7 adults and my 2 year old. The location is perfect, and we walked to the park everyday. The house was perfect for everyone and to have a nice sit down meal for Thanksgiving. The giant open play room was perfect, and the amount of bathrooms was ideal for all of us. I couldn’t have asked for a better living condition, and every time we visit my in laws in Rochester, we will be staying here.

Mayo appointments
This was a very nice a spacious house. 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms are awesome for a family. Very easy route to Mayo clinic and our favorite pizza place Mr. Pizza. We needed a bigger space this trip and it was great. Host was great to work with when we needed extra time with more appointments.

Amazing stay
This was our 3rd trip to the Mayo Clinic, and we have stayed in different homes each time. But next time we go, we will definitely stay in this house again. It has so much space, with 4 bedrooms and 3 baths. Perfect for a large family, or 2 small families. House was very clean. Host was very responsive and everything was laid out. The house is within 10 minutes of the Mayo and in a great neighborhood. If you are on the fence about booking this house, just do it. You won’t regret it!

Wonderful Property
It was a perfect house to stay in for our family girls weekend trip to Rochester. Everyone had their own bedroom and we were able to cook dinners together at night when we returned back from a busy day. Excellent location and property owner was absolutely wonderful to work with! Highly recommend! Thanks!

Very nice place to stay
The home is very nice in a nice development. The owner is spectacular to respond and very helpful. Our only problem was seating. There are beds for 8 people. The kitchen table is small but we fit fine around it for eating and playing games. A couple additional folding chairs would be the perfect addition to accommodate 8 people. Overall great experience. We would choose this home and owner again.
