Property was very clean. The staff was very friendly as well. We stayed here for easter long weekend and took the kids to the Strong Mudeum of Play which was about a 10-15min drive from the hotel. The hotel was very convenient as its right off the highway. Tons of food options outside within a 5min drive. Olive Garden was beside the hotel and you can literally walk there and order food. Pool was great for the kids but hot tub wasnt working during our stay. No big deal. The rooms were very clean and well kept. You can tell there is a bit of age from the hallways but staff kept it overall clean. Everybody was so friendly here and we loved how it included FREE breakfast every morning. Id stay here again.

My 4 day stay
Good Day the my stay at Residence Inn Marriott in Greece NY was okay but the elevators not working was an inconvience, transporting luggage up 3 flight of stairs took a toll on my back.Thanks again Flora Sutton.

Very clean and very nice studio room..only thing i didnt like was alot of the adults were drinking alcohal around the pool and spa area..i dont want my kids around that.. other then that we had an amazing time..

Wonderful stay
We had a wonderful time. All the staff was courteous and friendly. Breakfast in the morning was excellent. Would definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel difference and family.

We were visiting our daughter in the area and we were traveling with our dog. This was the perfect hotel for us. It was spacious and modern with a full kitchen. Included breakfast was such a great bonus. The bed was comfortable and the tv full of plenty of channels. The fireplace, indoor pool and gym are great additions to the common area. The staff was friendly and hot chocolate was always at the ready. We liked it so much we booked it for an upcoming trip before even leaving the property.

We were several family members (21 in total) venturing to Rochester, New York for a Christmas Gift experience, visiting the Strong Museum. We came by car from Canada to spend the weekend together and enjoy what we hoped, would be a memorable moment. The Strong Museum was amazing! I recommend you go if you get the chance. The Residence Inn by Marriot, unfortunately did not hit the spot. Desk personnel were extremely unprofessional and lacking in every way. We had to request and remind them that bed linen was not provided for the pull-out couch, and that plastic covers on the mattress had not been removed. Nice that they were new, but really was that our job? They didn't even bring the linen to our rooms. We had to carry 6 room loads of linens through the hallway by ourselves. There was no restaurant....even though the website specifically says there was. Rooms were spacious and newly renovated, but it didn't make up for the next big disappointment, which was the pool. Upon entering the pool area, there was a heavy chemical intoxication. The chlorine hit you and before long, (and I mean within 10 minutes), your eyes were stinging and you felt like you were going to cough up a lung. We advised the staff, who basically looked at us like they had no idea what we were talking about. We mentioned it again the next day, and was advised that there had been only one other complaint, and that the chemical levels were fine. Just recently saw that a visitor on the same weekend has made a

I booked a room on a cold NY Friday night for my children to be able to enjoy the pool and hot tub. I arrived at around 8pm. As we arrived to the pool area there was a very strong odor of chemicals and it was very hot. We were not in the pool for more than 5 minutes when a woman fainted in the pool and we were then asked to leave as the pool was being closed as well as the hot tub. When I asked the staff why we had to leave they stated there were far too many chemicals and this was not the first person who fainted. Not only was it unsafe but the only reason I booked the hotel was for the pool and I called ahead of time to confirm it was open to only get there and not be able to use it. My kids were so sad.

We did discover that the reason she passed out was not due to the chemicals as we checked the levels and everything was within normal range. We did have to close down the pool overnight just to make sure for the safety of all guests but we made sure it was opened as soon as possible first thing the next morning! I hope you got to use the pool for a little bit before you left. Again, we apologize and we hope you give us another chance sometime.

Clean place but a bit of a challenge for handicap
I stayed in a accessible room. The bathroom needs towel bars and a counter to put stuff. Shower was way to small to sit in. Very hard to shower in when you can not stand. Also it would be nice to have hooks too. The toilet was too low for me as well. Quite a challenge to go down on to use. Otherwise friendly staff, room was clean, nice kitchen, and room was huge as well as the bathroom. The pool was too cold and water was very murky too. I only used once.
