Double booking nightmare

We booked this house a year in advance and paid in full. We got no communication from the owner up to and including our arrival. Called the owner who confused us with another family who had booked the same property on another rental platform. Owner had no clue that he had double booked the house and claimed the other family was already in. Twenty minutes later the other family pulls up to start their stay having just arrived. No satisfaction from the owner other than a STUDIO offered to replace the 3-bedroom house we reserved. Unacceptable. If you’re gong to list on multiple platforms KEEP TRACK OF YOUR BUSINESS. We won’t rent from this owner again. I STRONGLY suggest that you CALL this owner after you reserve to confirm your reservation unless you want an experience like ours. VRBO staff were very helpful, by the way, in getting us somewhere else to stay - no fault of VRBO or their team.

Excellent accommodation!!

All we needed!! Very comfortable, close to shopping and restaurants. We did cook on site and prepared a nice breakfast each morning, all cooking utensils on hand. For us, the fenced backyard was a great asset for out two dogs. The younger pup had never seen snow and didn't want to come in! Very quiet neighborhood, we walked the dogs a lot. Very little traffic. We'll be back in 2022.

Wonderful home

Cute little family home, nice and cozy. Owners were fantastic with communicating and very responsive to us before and during our stay. Cute home, Very close to all kinds of fun things. We will be return guests for sure. A beautiful home away from home!

Great place to stay visiting the local colleges. Clean & comfy. Host was in contact throughout out stay. Pet friendly. Nice residential neighborhood.
