It was in perfect condition and was more than supplied with everything you would need including some bottled water and snacks. The place was decorated perfectly, very comfortable and felt very high end. The location was incredible with proximity to Mayo Clinic. This unit is so easy to get to and from the Mayo Clinic’s. The orange section on the front and side of the building made it easy to find. We had the basement suite. It is a two bedroom, two bath suite, which made it very comfortable for my husband and I. The kitchen was beautiful and had all the appliances that we needed for cooking our own meals. Everything in the suite was very clean and organized. We didn’t have to do anything but enjoy our stay!! ##### John K. We had the basement level condo which worked well for us. It was well stocked with soaps/supplies etc. We made some meals in the kitchen and also ordered takeout from restaurants nearby. It was about 3-4 blocks from the entrance for us but that wasn’t an issue. The place was clean and looked modern. We washed a few loads of laundry and that worked out great. We found some walking paths nearby so that was nice as well. My only comment might be that for those who are less mobile, it could be a challenge getting in and out of the accommodations with the stairways etc. However, for us it was a great fit. ##### Jeremy M. They are also mailing back a pair of air pods that we lost, and I hugely appreciate that. My only concern was that the owner messaged me within 10 minutes of my parents checking in to ask that they lock the doors behind them — I understand that this is a safety concern, but they were bringing in multiple bags, and my step-mom has MS. Seems like the message was a bit preemptive, considering this only happened once. It took me back a bit to receive that message. Other than that, this was a very nice stay. ##### Cece Z. High end finishes and spotless. It’s an ideal place to stay relative to the St Mary’s campus.
