  • 2 Bedroom apartment located in a 80 year old home in the heart of downtown Rochester. Modern comfort within walking distance to Mayo Clinic Campus, restaurants, shopping and more. Located on the main floor. There are 3 stairs to get from the front door to the apartment door.
    Fully furnished with all kitchen items, bedding, towels. Price includes everything including WIFI, parking, and laundry which is shared and located in the basement (you provide your own detergent) Large screen ROKU smart TV's in living room and both bedrooms. .

    Mayo Clinic Campus is an easy 10-20 minute walk depending on which building you need to go to. Grocery shopping, Restaurants, Walgreens, salons, Brewery's and more are within 2-3 blocks.

    A pretty park and river is also within 2 blocks.
    During the summer months, you can relax in the evenings in the backyard and enjoy our beautiful Minnesota summer nights.
