Comfortable apartment, nice location

A very nice apartment, and a great place to stay while visiting family in the area. A perfect place to escape when we needed to work or relax, and very well equipped for preparing meals.

Beautiful place to stay

We arrived and were very impressed with the apartment. The location to everywhere we wanted to visit was perfect. We would definitely rent this place again if we get back to the area. Only complaint is there was only seating for 3 at the table unless we moved the office chair and there was no tv in the one bedroom, other than that we loved how quiet and easy it was to find.

We absolutely love this place. It is close to campus as we come to watch our nephew play football for the University of Rochester. Located within so many restaurants and Whole Foods. It was perfect!

Modern and Beautiful

Very comfortable apartment! Had a little issue and tried to call property manager only to get voicemail saying they were closed for the weekend. Contacted the owner and got an immediate response and resolution. Super friendly and responsive.Love this apartment and will definitely be booking anytime we are in the area! Great location close to almost everything you would need.

Exploring New York

We chose Rochester as our starting place to explore New York. With a rental car we went a different direction each day and had a great trip. Letchworth Park, Niagara Falls, Erie Canal & Finger Lakes. This condo was the perfect location and perfect home. Did not disappoint and simply beautiful. Exactly as pictured. Clean, quiet, comfortable. Easy access to freeways and Wegmans for grocery needs.

Hidden Gem

This apartment is awesome! It's more spacious than it appears in photos and is clean and nicely updated. We were there to visit family in the neighborhood nearby, and it was perfect for us and our 2 adult children. While the property is on a fairly busy street close to the freeway, you would never know that once inside the apartment. It's very quiet inside and is conveniently located to downtown and other local attractions. We would definitely stay there again the next time we're in Rochester!

As pictured on the inside. Location is part of a nail salon business but everything went as planned as the condo is upstairs. Master shower could anti-slip strips in the tub or one rail inside show and another at end near the door to bedroom for safety. Very peaceful stay with markets, gas stations & restaurants close to condo.

Nice apt, poor management company

It’s a converted space above a nail/salon business. Pretty centrally located to a lot and pretty comfortable furnishings as far as the beds were concerned. Unfortunately, whoever stayed/cleaned prior to us set the thermostat so the heat kicked on and warmed it to 82 (in May) which was very uncomfortable. the hvac is so old and inefficient it took most of the night to cool it back down (we arrived late), so slowly i initially thought the hvac was broken haha. then the following morning the outside lock wasn’t working correctly. luckily the business downstairs didn’t lock the outside lock or we wouldn’t have been able to get in since we only get a code and not a physical key. reported both issues through the vrbo app and an email all within 12 hours of arrival. no reply through the app for nearly 3 days and no response from the email. first message was sent thursday night then 2nd/3rd messages and email by 9am next morning. So it isn’t even like i reported these things on a weekend. if you’re going to manage a rental property then fix the timeliness of your communication. had their been urgent maintenance issues during our stay they’d never have gotten fixed.

Clean, spacious, well suited for 2 couples, the beds are full-sized only, could be tight for some. Surprisingly quiet even though it is located on a busy street. Better than most units that we have stayed in the area. Will return if we have the same number of people. Communication with host is adequate but a bit on the AI side.

We loved this place! Great location, close to movies, Wegman's & lots of restaurants. Also easy to get to freeway. Very clean, lots of space, comfortable beds, every possible thing you could think of to use for cooking in kitchen (even a blender and crockpot)!

Monroe Suites - great place to stay

We stayed for a week at the Monroe Suites in August and could not have been happier wth the accommodations, amenities, cleanliness, nice welcome note and gift. The apartment was beautifully appointed and was extremely convenient to shops, restaurants and freeway. the booking process with Diane was seamless and as a fellow VRBO member (57171), I can highly recommend this property.

Comfortable stay at a well furnished apartment!

Monroe Suites was clean, well equipped, very comfortable and conveniently located. Diane was a dream to work with and made sure we had everything we needed. It was perfect for our family's Memorial Day weekend visit to Rochester. We'd highly recommend this apartment and would stay there again.

Home away from home

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment was exactly what you see in the pictures online. It was clean and neat and had every thing we needed. Having on-site laundry was very helpful. It's perfect for the visiting executive or a small family. It's very centrally located, so reaching anywhere in Monroe County is easy.

Absolutely Adorable! So Functional!

This property was in great condition: very clean, decorated very pretty and the sheets were super-comfortable! We just loved it! Layout is great for interacting with each other yet we each had plenty of space. I felt secure in an unknown neighborhood and the little store in the parking lot had everything anyone could need for a short stay.

Perfect home away from home

We visit family for Christmas each year in Rochester and this was a great location and set up. A surprising number of cooking and baking items allowed us to do our share of the meal prep. The apartment is spacious and comfortable. It was easy to walk to CVS, Panera, Char Broil (an excellent local diner) and a small grocery for last minute items. Hope to be back next year!

Football

My nephew plays football for the University of Rochester. Sadly this is his last year and every time we drove from OHIO to watch him play, we always loved staying here. It is the greatest. We may be up once more for graduation and if so, we will see about renting this space again. Absolutely LOVE IT.
