The open living/dining area feels spacious and bright, with two picture windows letting in lots of natural light. The nearby river and walking trails were a bonus. Easy walking or driving access to Mayo. Some reviewers mentioned noise, but in all that time I never noticed noise to be a problem, even though at times there were renters upstairs. Were in not for location (fairly busy street and lively neighbors), it would be among our favorites. The property owner is great and responsive. The home (we stayed in the first floor, 2BR) is clean and comfortable. Having two bedside tables and at least one lamp in each bedroom would have been helpful, but the lack of is a minor inconvenience. The next door neighbor plays loud what sounds like mariachi pop music at all hours. That was the only drawback for me and my daughter, who was trying to sleep after procedures at Mayo. ##### Peggy G. From the door, we were less than 20 minutes to load up, drive, park, and get inside Gonda Building everyday during our 4 days of appointments. There was some neighborhood noise in the afternoon (but for reference, I live on a farm with no noise). Noise was definitely tolerable. This is located on a decently busy street, however we were able to turn a small SUV around in the driveway and pull out making it super easy.
