This charming 2 bedroom bungalow was thoughtfully designed to provide every modern amenity for both short and long stays. Step out your front door to Rochester's quaint South Wedge neighborhood and find all the area has to offer including coffee shops, bars, restaurants, grocery, and a deli all within walking distance. Please reach out at any time via text or email with any questions, concerns, or if you need recommendation \---- This home is located in Rochester's vibrant south wedge neighborhood. Throughout the year you will find neighbors out and about on walks with dogs and family. You are in walking distance of bars, restaurants, a grocery store, deli, coffee shops, and highland hospital! Its central location means you will be within a 10 minutes drive of retail stores, malls, colleges (U of R and URMC, RIT, SJFU, Naz, MCC) golf courses and much more. Almost nothing will be more than a 15 min drive away This property is dog friendly with a large fenced in back yard and black pet towels provided at the front and rear entrances to help clean up from the outside. Inside you will find a house full of amenities including: \-Hi Speed 500 GB Wifi \-Black out curtains in both bedrooms \-Bedside power on nightstands for easy charging \-A fully stocked kitchen with everything from cooking utensils, pots, pans, baking sheets, muffin tins, water, wine + cocktail glasses \-A fully stocked laundry room with full size washer and dryer \-Smart TV with YouTube TV and Netflix (you are welcome to sign into any other app you wish to use!) \-Outdoor seating on the porch and backyard \-Gas grill in backyard And safety features that will give you the ultimate in peace of mind: \-Nest doorbell connected to living room display so you can always see who is at the door \-Auto locking door \-Fire extinguisher \-Smoke/Carbon Monoxide detectors throughout house, including each sleeping area \--- There are 2 driveway parking spots and free on street parking as well (it does alternate so be sure to read signs if you chose not to use the driveway). Inside trash is under the kitchen sink, recycle is in the corner near the back door. Out door trash (green) and recycling bins (blue) are located through the back door. Trash pick up is Thursday AM. An agent of the host will take care of putting it out and taking it back in however please do ensure you are not parked blocking the gate to the backyard (it opens into the driveway). In the summer lawncare will stop by 1x per week and will need to briefly access backyard to mow. For your safety, the large mirror in the office is affixed to the wall. Please do NOT attempt to move it. If any furniture was moved during your stay (ie chairs) we kindly ask you return them to their original place. Communication was great. Bigger than pictured with plenty of space. We were welcomed with snacks/wine and dog bowls for the dog. The host has thought of everything you could possibly want/need. We didn’t expect everything would be stocked. I had to work from home one morning and the wifi was and workstation worked well. Beds were comfy. Tv already signed in to Netflix. Soap/paper products/laundry detergent. Back yard was so peaceful. Front porch just as nice and quiet cute neighborhood. Friendly neighbors. Condiments in the fridge. Coffee! I could go on and on.
