Civic Center, River Front, WALK to Mayo Clinic!! GARAGE Parking!

Perfect location! GARAGE PARKING! Walking distance to all of downtown Rochester, Honkers Baseball, the farmers market, across the street from the playground and an entrance to Rochester’s amazing bike trial system.

The walk is a peaceful and enjoyable 0.8 miles to the heart of Mayo’s campus (Gonda, Mayo, Charlton Buildings and Methodist Hospital). On this walk you will pass over a walking bridge and through downtown, where you can take in the park, restaurants, shopping , and coffee shops. In the winter you can enter the indoor walkway system at just .5 miles to avoid the brisk weather.

The space is beautifully remodeled. It features a gorgeous fully stocked kitchen, sparkling clean and new full bathroom, living room and bedroom combo (queen bed) with large walk in closet and a second queen bedroom with 2 closets. The chair is a recliner! ****The kitchen is fully stocked with crockpot, blender, and coffee maker.

Shared apartment spaces between apartments are washer, dryer, treadmill, and exercise bike.

PLEASE READ ****St. Augustine’s Civic Center is the upstairs apartment #1. The home is a duplex.
The space, apartment 1 is located upstairs.***** The only shared space is the foyer, laundry and gym.

*** We provide soap, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, etc to get you started, you may need to refill depending on the length of your stay.

This home is a perfect find for anyone staying in Rochester, particularly conducive to Mayo visits. The home is well maintained with great views and an easy walking vicinity to many attractions.

Perfect for Mayo Appointments
My second booking here, outstanding stay. This property is clean, comfortable, and close to everything you need. The host communicates quickly, and checking in is fast and easy with a key code. There is also parking in an enclosed garage. Beds are comfy and the kitchen is modern and well stocked. As Southerners, we enjoyed the snow and watching the geese coming and going in the park across the street. Will return for the next Mayo appointment.

Trip to Rochester
From renting to departure, Denise was easily reachable. Answered any questions we had. Home was easily accessible. When you entered the home, it felt cozy and inviting. Kitchen items were available and laundry was easily accessible. Overall, I would recommend for friends and family traveling to this area. Would definitely rent again if in the area. One of the better VRBOs I’ve stayed in. The kitchen and bath is updated and the rest has its old house charm. Very clean and well thought out. For example, motion lights on the porch, nice/new kitchen appliances, extra towels, etc. the location is great for Mayo visits and east parking. All in all, great place. Thank you!

Property owner is in easy contact if you need anything, she cheerfully ensures you have what you need. The upper apartment was well appointed, kitchen has all you need, and is wonderfully clean and comfortable. Being able to use your own Amazon Firestick for the TV was a plus. Guest controlled central air was a Godsend in the unusual heat. Only negative is the sometimes sketchy activity in the park, although there is a police presence visible. Too many nights with individuals lingering in front of the property but the home is very secure and security measures are in place. Loved the apartment and the host is exactly as other reviews state. Will definitely visit this hosts's locations again. Am already booked with her for an upcoming visit. Rent here with confidence!

Mayo Perfect
Pros: A 15/20 minute river walk past the public library to Mayo. Garage available for Rochesters wonderful winters/security. Great property owner. Clean bathroom/kitchen with well stocked appliances. The only con is the second story apartment with steps only entry which if you can't walk to Mayo then you probably should not rent this unit. Great location !!!
