Beautiful, Private, Nature & Hot tub! 4 miles to Mayo

  • In this spacious and serene home, you will only be 4 miles from the heart of downtown Rochester & the Mayo Clinic. Whether you're coming for business, pleasure or medical appointments, this home will allow you to unwind & feel the peace that only nature can bring.
    No smoking on the property & no outside guests.
    This home is very special. In the fall of 2023, my mom moved from Northern WI in with my family for treatment at Mayo for cancer. After living in my daughter's room for a few months, we purchased this home for my mom, extra family & her friends who would be coming to help with her care. This home has been a gift, a hospital, a hideout as she received 11 months of treatment. By the grace of God, my mom survived & was able to move back home, 4 hours away. Now it's time to share this space with others & allow it to bless your family as much as it has blessed mine. This home is incredibly close to downtown Rochester, but is hidden on 7 acres. You will have access to hiking trails, a giant front & back yard and absolute privacy. Whether you're looking for a weekend with friends, gathering family, or here for Mayo, I know you'll love the Hermann Court Hideout!

    You'll have full access to the home, garage & yard.

    This is my second listing, I had a wild idea in 2021 to see if anybody would rent my house that I live in. It's been an adventure and has opened up multiple avenues for my family... including purchasing this home for my mom when she was in a time of need. That season has passed, now the adventure continues & I get to share this place with you!

We were in Rochester for a family reunion and this property provided a perfect place to stay to be close to where we all gathered and enjoy the comforts of "home" instead of a hotel.Great place, nice and private but close to everything we needed, and the host provided answers quickly and made sure we had everything we needed.

Best wedding weekend ever

Staying at this home for my wedding weekend was a true dream! The hosts were so nice and gave us all the information we could possibly need for our stay. The home was beautiful and so clean and just all in all perfect! Couldn’t recommend more!
