I always enjoy staying at Preskil but I had a bit of a bad experience on my check in on Monday, 3 August. I arrived at 9h00 at the hotel and i know that check in was only at 14h00. We sat at the check in area the whole day and my room was not ready at 14h00. The communication was not so clear and if i have known it will take over the check in time i could have gone for a scrub at the spa that time. My 1 colleague had a room 2 hours before me and i sat there till 14h30 without knowing it will take that long. Tired and over it by then.

The excellent services from staff that we interacted with. I wrote a letter specifically calling out all the staff that went above and beyond to make out stay great. The view from the bedroom was excellent, the glass bottom boat excursion was excellent with the caption always friendly and helpful. The Aqua-arobics was great and unexpected. The best of all was the awesome filet at the Pomelo was the best we have ever tasked and the atmosphere was relaxing and parofessional.
