  • We offer an independent house of 70m² on a 1300m² property for 4 to 6 people, secure with indoor parking.
    The house is bright and pleasant with a swimming pool surrounded by a large terrace for sunbathing and relaxation. Calm, enclosed garden with palm trees, fruit trees and bordered by cypresses.

    Located in Rochefort du Gard, near Avignon and its Festival and ideal place to visit Provence: Pont du Gard, Mont Ventoux, St Rémy and Baux de Provence, Chateauneuf du Pape, Gordes, Isle sur la Sorgue, Fontaine de Vaucluse.
    - 1 hour from the Mediterranean, Marseille, the creeks, the Luberon, Mont Ventoux, the gorges of the Ardèche.
    - 20 min from Monteux: Wave Island Water Park and Spirou Park attraction
    - Wine route
    10 minutes from the historic center of Villeneuve lez Avignon: Charterhouses of the Benedictines, Fort St André, Tour Philippe le Bel ...)

    The house is air conditioned, it consists of:
