"Perfect location set back from what can be the busy Rock road so very peaceful but an easy stroll to all you needed. Everything has been thought about in the house, it’s beautiful decorated but also practical with all and more of the amenities you would need. We couldn’t have wished for a better stay during our new year celebrations."

"We had a wonderful time at the Bull Pen. If you’re looking for a quiet, well equipped secluded base from which to explore the nearby towns and villages, this was hard to beat. The nearest shops are a 5 minute car journey away and there are plenty of pubs in the area if you want a bite out. The hosts were very friendly and couldn’t do enough to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Being on a working farm, there are obviously going to be farm noises but these were not obtrusive. "Really enjoyed our short stay in this property, just wish we could have stayed longer. The owners seem to have thought of everything for a “home from home” family holiday. This modern property is superbly equipped including Sky TV and outside Hot Tub and Sauna, and all this just a few minutes walk to the lovely Porth Beach. Looking forward to visiting again."
