Located at the foot of the Luberon, you will find a calm and peaceful place in the middle of the pine forests. The main house consists of: 3 bedrooms, 2 with double bed, one with 2 single children's beds + 1 extra baby bed, 1 room with extra sofa bed, 1 bathroom, 3 separate toilets, a pretty open kitchen with gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, American fridge, dolce gusto coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishes and kitchen utensil. A laundry room with a shower, a large chest freezer and a washing machine. A large, very bright living room (large picture window), a table with twelve chairs, two 3-seat sofas, two armchairs, a television, a fireplace and a door leading to a large covered terrace with barbecue, a table for 10 people and a swing. An outbuilding composed of 3 bedrooms, 2 with double beds, 1 with 2 single beds with access to the garden individually (seen on the swimming pool) and a bathroom with toilet. A large garden of 5200 m2 with trees and large heated infinity pool with jacuzzi and submerged beach with a dimensions of 4 m wide and 16 m long, secured by alarm with a pleasant paved beach, a shade blind as well as 8 sun loungers and two deckchairs. Fully fenced plot ideal for large families or groups of friends. The property is located in the countryside about 600m from the village of Robion. It is not isolated: other villas and farmhouses are in the vicinity: all have large and beautiful grounds. You will be about 600m from the first shops: bakery, grocery store, pharmacy, restaurants… ..
