10/10 Excellent
"Very clean, the building inside and out was a little worn but the rooms are immaculately clean. To be fair the outside is undergoing some cosmetic renovations which is great! It had everything I needed, a hot shower, comfy bed and a fantastic breakfast. The pool very clean, warm, nice. The front desk lady from Boston was awesome! So welcoming and talked to my husband from Canada in French! Wow! She is a talented customer service professional. Thanks for a wonderful stay."

8/10 Good
"The staff at the Hampton Inn were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast offered daily was basically as good as one might expect of hotel pre-prepared food. Yet the person managing the breakfast area kept it very neat. She even offered to bring us more coffee! She remembered guests that come through from time to time. So one feels welcome and a little more uplifted after breakfast. The front desk person was likewise friendly although I didn’t have as much interaction there."

"The apartment was comfortable and clean. The only drawback was the location was odd, it was surrounded by businesses, the upside was that it was very quiet at night and the location was convenient. The beds were comfortable but only doubles… would prefer queens so you have a little room."
