The Royal Park is a beautifully appointed hotel. The staff was very nice, our room was lovely and food/drinks we had were very good as well. I stayed were once before and they did not disappoint.

The staff was fabulous, to a person. Angel was so welcoming. We love the coffee area, gift shop and the available Wall Street journals in the morning.
The Siren is beautiful art deco w personality. I just need some furs, feathers, a martini, and a long handled cigarette holder. So special

Hotel experience was great. VIP food credit was not used because they dont give you a voucher. You have to put the food bill on your room to get the credit. This didnt work as we only had breakfast there and had already checked out of the room.
The shuttle to downtown driver told us he would pick us up where he dropped us off...Well we were first in line after our concert. Waited forever only to have the driver pick up on the opposite side of the road leaving us to have to wait forever again because there was no room on the first shuttle.
