"The container home was perfect for our short stay in the Ithaca area. Everything was as detailed in their listing. The home has everything included you need for a great stay, fully stocked kitchen, full bathroom with roomy shower and even a washer and dryer should it be needed. They outdoor space is every bit as charming as the house. The firepit was stacked with wood and everything needed to start a campfire was in a bin right next to the pit."

"We've been visiting this hotel for many years. It has a path in the back leading right to buttermilk falls State Park, which is huge highlight. But the hotel did change ownership in 2024, and it seems it's still finding it's stride since then. There were renovations last year, which we were excited to see. We found the resulting lounge well done but quite small. The lobby is nice but not a huge change. Seems they need to work on the rooms... our room needed a new shower fan and toilet seat for starters, and the AC did not work, but might be because it was early in April... But it was quite warm! If breakfast is included with your reservation, then go for it.. but it's not with paying for it, it's similar to a breakfast at a Holiday inn."

"Parking was great right in front of your room, the property is aged, but the rooms were clean air-conditioning and heating worked. We needed both on our trip lol. The staff was very kind and worked with me before the trip to modify my reservation even when Expedia was making it difficult minor challenge they said breakfast was served at 7 AM and when I got there at 7:15, nobody was in the lobby, which put a crimp in our schedule. I believe they didn’t show up until around 7:45. That’s a minor thing, however, keep that in mind if you’re on a tight schedule. In addition, we drove in in a very stormy night and the night Manager checked in to make sure we’re still on our way as we’ve been trapped in fog and rain and several wrecks on the road and when we assured it, we’ll be there before 10:30. She stayed there to meet us. "
