The farmhouse is a separate rental, so there may be other guests on the property, but no indoor spaces are shared. The apartment has a small kitchen with a two burner cooktop, microwave oven, toaster, Nespresso, drip coffee maker and a full size refrigerator. It has a full bathroom with a walk in shower and large empty closet. The sleeping arrangements are a sofa which pulls out to a two person bed. There is a window unit air conditioning which cools down the apartment nicely and a gas wall heater. The property has 3 pastures in the back, one of which contains one horse. Behind the pastures is Stecoah Creek which is stocked with trout periodically throughout the year and fishing is allowed. The property also contains a chestnut tree orchard.
