Excellent Villas

The Cooper Mini and Maxi Villas were great and easily accommodated our 3 family setup. Each unit has updated amenities and all bedrooms, main living spaces and balconies are positioned for the amazing north facing water view and Guana Cay. Chris and Katie were very responsive during the booking process and throughout our stay. Bottom line, this is a great setup and is extremely well managed. Thanks!

Exceptional villas with amazing views!

We stayed at both mini and maxi cooper with a group of adult friends for five days. Pros: The villas are beautifully designed and very well maintained with stunning views from every room. They were also very clean and included most of what you would need for a stay on the island (beach chairs, floats, snorkel gear, kitchenware etc.) Communication from the property management team was stellar, both before and during our trip. This is a quieter part of the island and served as a tranquil home base for us as we explored the northern shore beaches. Cons: There was not a hot tub at the property stated in the description when we booked, this was a big letdown for our group. The pathway between both villas included a lot of stairs and an uneven path. This made it feel more like two separate houses than one estate, but that may be a pro depending on your need. You do have to travel a bit to get to many of the beaches, but the nearby Trunk Bay beach is only a short drive. Overall, we would highly recommend this property and management team. They went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed our vacation.
