The flat was convenient and location is excellent 15 min walk to the train station. There was a cleaning service multiple times per our stay. The area is safe and there is a supermarket just in front of the building. The staff was really nice, gave us some tips about the city. Will come back.

Cannot fault this hotel. The staff were fantastic and the amenities great. All things thought of for all ages, the spa, the pool, the games room and the ball pit. Truly something for everyone. Great place to stay if you’re visiting Brugge and have access to a car or the coastal tram for beaches and sights.

"Very much liked our stay at City Box. Checking in was streamless and though there was only one elevator working at the time of our stay we never had to deal with waiting to get up to our room. Room was clean, bed was so comfortable, accessible to everything and a safe area. Extra towels were needed ..."
