Great stay, no wifi and signal was weak but otherwise we really enjoyed it

Stayed six nights at Les cimes bleues. Short walk to the beach, newly renovated, the staff were excellent and the hotel felt very relaxed. Blackout curtains with ac, very comfortable beds, so we slept very well. Nice indoor pool with a steam room and sauna.

Great looking place but a few fundamentals were missing. Room was fine, bedding good and air con worked - But window didn't open, which is not unusual but this was on the first floor of an old stable block, not the 20th of a city centre tower block. Pool was good and not too chlorinated. Breakfast was decidedly average, no scrambled eggs when we arrived at 8.30am, informed staff and no more appeared. Coffee was poor, just a few simple things that would have made a better experience if handled properly. There are extensive building works taking place until 2027, so the view from our room was a building site. There is one on site brasserie style bar/restaurant that serves crepes, we didn't book one evening and they were full - No problem, can we order a drink and sit in the bar area? No. We're full - Despite the bar being empty. With nothing else on site, that was kind of a weird play. Overall it's a decent place and we stayed there due to it's proximity to Puy De Fou, which worked perfectly and allowed us to head back after a day in the park for a couple of hours before the night time show. It's not a bad hotel, it's just not as fancy or accomplished as it might present here.

Lovely hotel very close to the beach with wonderful staff, particularly Sylvie who was lovely with our children and very helpful. Having your own parking space is top value in a village which is almost impossible to park in. Pools were perfect temperature and the aircon in the bedrooms was blissful as we stayed during a heat wave.
