The property was exceptionally clean and well maintained throughout our stay. Olabisa was ALWAYS working hard to make sure the lobby, elevators, and surrounding areas were spotless, and her attention to detail definitely did not go unnoticed. Ethan and the Valet/Bell staff were absolutely amazing—10/10 service! They took excellent care of our vehicles and always had them ready quickly whenever we wanted to head out. The entire team was friendly, attentive, and professional. Ethan especially went above and beyond. He made sure our luggage was delivered promptly and placed exactly where we wanted it, and he even took the time to give us some great recommendations for things to do during our trip. That kind of genuine hospitality really makes a difference when you’re traveling. Overall, the cleanliness of the property and the outstanding service from Olabisa, Ethan, and the Valet/Bell team made our stay that much more enjoyable. They are definitely an asset to the property!

We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Phoenix Atlanta! The hotel was very clean, the staff was friendly and welcoming, and everyone was extremely accommodating. The bathroom was huge and had all the necessities we needed, and the beds were super comfortable. I also loved that there was a steamer in the room, and when we needed an iron, we were able to request one and they brought it right up to us. The staff checked on us throughout our stay to make sure we didn’t need anything, which I really appreciated. Our room was cleaned daily, and everything stayed fresh and comfortable the entire time. We also really enjoyed the restaurant, and the rooftop was one of our favorite parts of the hotel — such a nice place to relax, enjoy the views, and wind down after being out all day. The location was also super convenient to both the stadium and the arena, which made getting around for our plans so easy. Overall, we had such a great experience and truly enjoyed our stay. We can’t wait to come back!
