"The heat in the room was out of control. There was a thermostat, but obviously doesn’t control anything. One day is 19c and the next is 28. Didn’t matter what I set it at or if I turned on the AC. Great room other than that"

"The room was ok. I had children with me so the pool with the slide was perfect. The restaurants attached had a good assortment. I was there for 5 days and my room was never made up or restocked. I requested more coffee from the front desk and it was delivered. They told me room make up is by request. "
