"No one at front desk, view of freeway, way overpriced, bathroom floor dirty, none of the keys worked, broken equipment such as ice machines or doors to ice machines don't open with no signage to go to 1st floor, couldn't get into pool, elevators sketchy and got stuck once. Staff was kind and at time alone to cover entire facility leaving front desk vacant on arrival 30 mins... breakfast was great. "
