We had booked 2 rooms and one was a suite, which was in the 3rd building and the other was in the 1st building. The 1st building is where every single amenity is, including the restaurants and both pools and there is absolutely nothing in the Sunsuites building. Our suite was also very small and traditional and nothing special in any way. The walk to the suites is also a decent walk outside along the harbor front, which could be a real issue with people who have mobility issues. The golf carts weren’t available at all, so we had to walk with all of our suitcases and belongings. It was a definite deal breaker and I would never recommend this resort to anyone. Even to use the pool and sit in a lounge chair, it requires a reservation. Really, you have to have a reservation to sit by the pool in a chair? This resort needs to make many changes before it is worth staying there. Stay somewhere where they care about quality and customer service.
