"There was a review that said there are no doors. There are. They are pocket doors. I didn’t get a check in email… but I called and she answered. So I got in right away. You get what you pay for. But I feel like this was a great deal and the lady renting it out is very kind… and was helpful every time I contacted her"

"The place is well cleaned, equipped, organized and comfortable. Quiet and pleasant to stay in. Communication from the host was excellent. Easy check-in and check-out process. Well priced for the place. My only downside is the in-unit temperature; with Florida weather being too hot, the ceiling fans are not enough (for me) and A/C thermostat is not available, unfortunately. Something to be considered for future travelers. Floor fans or portable air conditioners might do it. Overall, good experience."

"Good - location, kitchen, supplies provided, size of home, beds, general cleanliness, fixing problems (eventually). TVs. Sunsets!Bad - check in was a MESS. 4 hours to get in, asked me to call my own locksmith, fortunately it was nice outside. Suggested I go get coffee while I waited. Grill and blackstone were unusable. Rusted out. Were replaced in the final day. Wallpaper was literally falling off the walls. Pool was murky on the first day cleared up on day two. Exterior doors fixed with duct tape. Not all games functioning. The dock to the lake is a serious safety hazard.Overall it appeared that this house had potential but starting off by losing the entire first day was not ideal. Still waiting for feedback about an item left behind 2 days later. The house just needs to have basics fixed which appear to have been ignored. At this price point we typically don’t have the issues encountered on this stay. With that said, the beds are great, the house is huge, with a great social area and kitchen. I liked that there were ton of supplies (trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper). Its location to downtown is great (1 mile) and in the middle of all the golf courses. I would love to stay here again hopefully it gets the maintenance required to make it look as lovely as the original pictures."

"This property was an amazing value. The beds were ideally comfortable, the living room furnishings were very nice, and the kitchen well equipped. But the best feature was the hot tub. It was so relaxing, especially since the circumstances of our visit were somewhat stressful. I would definitely recommend this house and would happily stay here again."
