"The place is in dire need of remodel inside and out. Sinks don't drain properly. And the floors are uneven. Everything is so old and musty smelling. Terrible paint color schemes. Just needs a fresh remodel everywhere."

"This place was spotless. I’ve never seen a hotel cleaned so much. Bed was so comfortable and pillows were great. Breakfast was wonderful and plentiful. Ms Dee at check-in was a delight and the kind of person we should all strive to be. Next time in Augusta we will definitely be there."

"Short staffed at Salt & Mortar. Spent 40 minutes & never did get breakfast before having to leave. Other cafe on site advertised croissants etc but they didn’t have any ‘today’. Was hesitant to order a latte lest it be under par. Had to pack up & leave. Got breakfast off site. "

"Excellent location with lots of dining opportunities nearby...although I didn't have time to stay for breakfast, it sounded great from the host's description & the dining room was incredible. Parking was easy and check in really quick. I will visit again later when I have more time to spend. Thanks."

"I only gave it a 4 because of the sound. It is such a cool space and I love how they transformed an old home into separate units. That being said, because of the older home there is very little noise barrier so we could hear a lot of street noise (and there is obviously a train near by). If you don’t mind waking up early this won’t bother you. ;)We had a little trouble getting into the unit, but the management company was very responsive and helped up get in quickly. "
