"Hicimos una queja por whatsapp a los propietarios que no fue contestada. Desde Vrbo se nos informó que la hora de salida eran las 18h y la propiedad nos comunicó que teníamos que estar fuera del alojamiento a las 10.30h y no nos dieron opción ni de hablar del malentendido que había. "Reasonable priced hotel in the centre of Vic. Emailed in advance to see if we could get an early check in and they could not guarantee this, however when we arrived our room was ready. Friendly staff and good hotel for the price we paid."
