The hotel is located in an excellent location for a tour of the old town. The staff member was very friendly and helpful. The little kitchen area on the second floor was very useful to us.

Everything was lovely, from the breakfast to the staff. I love small hotels and they’ve done an excellent job at maintaining it. Everyone was friendly and the location was wonderful.

I recently spent two weeks at the Swissôtel Tallinn while attending a training program this September, and it was a fantastic experience.
The Pros:
* Location: It is incredibly convenient, situated just a 10-minute drive from the airport and about a 5-minute walk from the Medieval Old Town.
* Views & Comfort: As the tallest building in the city, it offers commanding views across the Gulf of Finland and the Old Town. The rooms are exceptionally clean, modern, and spacious.
* Amenities: The 11th-floor spa, well-equipped gym, and indoor pool are excellent for unwinding after a long day. The daily breakfast buffet is also a major highlight, featuring a huge, high-quality selection.
The Cons:
* The bathroom design features translucent glass walls, which allows shadows to be seen from the room and might lack privacy for some.
* The breakfast service can get quite busy during peak hours, occasionally leading to a bit of a wait for specialty coffees.
Overall, the prime location, premium amenities, and attentive staff made a lengthy stay exceptionally comfortable. I highly recommend it.

Excellent cosy well placed studio apartment. The host and cleaning lady are exceptional helpful friendly and kind. The apartment is a stone’s throw some of the best gourmet eateries. I had a lot of fun experiencing these exclusive yet well priced places. Few things that bothered me because it matters to me and maynot to everyone else. The studio apartment clearly reads a balcony and rooftop- the rooftop is totally inaccessible so u r not getting that. The air conditioner was only spitting stale air and that made 4/6 nights terrible and even if the attention was immediate the fix was not. In fact, i had to keep all windows open to rid myself of suffocation sweaty nights and migraines when indoors. You are gonna love everything else. Totally recommend !

"Such a beautiful setting and we loved the rustic log cabin. Everything worked as it should and the staff was amazingly friendly. Did not have a single issue with our stay. Just be aware to bring DEET as there’s a few middies around at times."
