We didn’t spend much time at the house as we were with family in the area, but it fit our needs. There is only one bathroom which is on the main floor and the stairs are fairly steep. This is typical for an older home, but wanted to let others know. Our 3 year old granddaughter navigated them ok, but would worry about younger toddlers. There is a baby gate available which may be needed. The neighborhood is quiet (we were here in the summer and I don’t know if that changes during the school year.) Our hosts were responsive when I had a question about the WiFi and we were greeted with freshly baked cookies and s’more fixings which was a nice gesture. ##### Robin H. Across the street from campus at a very reasonable price. Cookies waiting when we arrived. 1 bathroom on first floor at opposite end of house from a steep stairway to second floor where the bedrooms are located.
