Situated in a quiet location with its own dedicated parking space it is only a 5 minute walk to the centre of Ripon and is in easy driving distance to the eastern part of the Yorkshire Dales. It is very clean, well equipped and maintained. As a bonus the friendly, helpful owners live next door should you require any assistance. Highly recommended. Really well designed and equipped with some very high tech stuff. Photos do not do it justice! The only small thing is that the wet room only has an overhead shower, rather than a hand held shower head, which may not suit families with small children.
