Our first room had a mildew smell and crushed Doritos on the floor. We asked for a new room, which smelled better, but had a used contact lens on the floor. That room had a broken toilet paper holder, toilet lid, loose faucet, one of the towels was dirty, the bed was missing a sheet, the toilet barely flushed, the bathroom sink didn’t drain, and the exterior door wouldn't close unless we shoved it closed with a shoulder. The second night we stood in line with 15 other people while the one and only desk worker took ~20 minutes to check someone in. He was very nice, but obviously the desk was understaffed. The view was very nice, but for the quality, I feel that I overpaid by 70%

If you're looking for a posh stay while you're in town, this is definitely the place!! Semi, Christina, Scott, Braun are just a few of the staff that I can remember that made our stay wonderful, and treated us like royalty while staying there. Their turn down service is top of the line, Thank you all for the great hospitality and making our stay there absolutely AMAZING!
