"The front desk guy was very unprofessional. I'll just leave it at that. READ THE ROOM DETAILS. Some room types have shared bathrooms and some are shared. Has more of a dorm or hostel feel to place. Noisy on the halls and thin walls between guests. Can hear everything from foot steps to convos to sex from everyone especially when people are in shared spaces like hallway or guest lounges. Only positive is location. "

"This place is great- friendly owners and very helpful staff- even the maid went above and beyond when I was stricken with sickness- highly rated- non touristy medellin neighborhood but totally safe and surrounded with good food and next to a hospital (which is always a comfort) - free breakfast at a great place too- Near the metro and a bunch of markets- ok with foreigners and solo travelers for long terms too- 5star! "We had a great experience staying in this hotel, the staff was very friendly, the rooms were big and comfortable, spotless, the AC work very well, the location was right in the middle of the best areas of the city not too far by car to the Provenza area and all the nice resturants and bars in town, keep in mind the Medelling is heavy in traffic. Most of the time, so 5 miles by car can be an easy 20 to 30 minutes due to traffic. The gem of this hotel is the rooftop, with a very nice view of the city. The food and drinks were as good as the food. I would recommend anyone to stay, as we will definitely be back at this hotel soon. "
