"O atendimento tinha sido bom na chegada. Mas de madrugada acabou a energia e foi voltar umas 10/11h da manhã. Aí não tinha como acessar o elevador, nem carregar os telefones, sem sanduicheira no café, fora o calor que passamos a noite sem o ar condicionado. Impossível hotel sem gerador. E quando fomos questionar na recepção eles simplesmente ignoraram e não apresentaram solução ou desconto. "

"Banheiro sujo, assento do vaso sanitário sujo, ar condicionado sem funcionar, e o pior de tudo é a hospedagem barata, tem barata no corredor, barata no banheiro, barata na recepção, ninho de barata na luminária, mostrando o tamanho da falta de higiene! Pra fechar a estadia, até urubu apareceu pra beber a água da piscina!"
