Definitely not a 5 star experience, very disappointed. Staff is nice but that’s about it. My only recommendation for the property would be to add a wash station for the beach in front of the hotel, the lobby is very nice, but there was no way to wash your feet and legs off from the beach! The staff was genuinely friendly and welcoming, the bar served excellent cocktails at reasonable prices, and the location couldn’t be better—right by the beach in a very safe area with a visible police presence. It was the perfect base for exploring Rio. Quarto e banheiro tinham terra pelo chão, dentro do box, também. Instalações muito antigas, travesseiros e roupas de cama, móveis de quarto, também. Cheiro de mofo, mosquito dentro do quarto…
