Hotel AJ Gran Alacant

"Just returned from 8 days here. The hotel is ideally situated next to many eating places including KFC and Burger King and a first class Indian and Italian restaurant and many pub grub places, various shops and huge supermarket . The hotel staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful . Breakfast was plentiful and varied , lasted us all day . The room is kept spotless. We will return again , no question . The only downside is lack of shade at the roof top pool. There are no umbrellas . Only a partly shaded area at both ends covered by an awning if needed . The loungers themselves are made of hard plastic so can get uncomfortable if lying on them all day . Padded tie on cushions would have been nice. However the pool was lovely and clean and actually properly heated . We had a fantastic holiday and would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family ."

"Also die Villa war wirklich ein Traum super gelegen und ein Riesen toller Pool zum entspannen … das ganze Gelände schön und gepflegt. Wir haben nur ein paar Kleinigkeiten zu bemängeln … die Auflagen im Außenbereich könnten mal gereinigt oder erneuert werden … das Netz für den poolkescher müsste erneuert werden und die Pumpe für den Pool würden wir Perse öfter laufen lassen. Und ein wichtiger Punkt die Schlüssel und der Drücker fürs Außentor waren nur einmal vorhanden was für 2 oder mehr Familien schlecht ist . Ansonsten war es wirklich wunderschön . Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war problemlos einfach und jederzeit möglich. Danke für einen tollen Urlaub"

"Beach view, breakfast, clean room,staff, everything it was perfect, but I have an suggestion to put mini fridge in the rooms, because it's very warm. In conclusion I recommend it this hotel. Thank you 😊"

"The room was cleaned and bed made every day. The staff were amazing, everyone was so polite and helpful. The breakfast was very nice, it would have been better if there was an option to have an omelette. Pool area is quite small but very well maintained and clean. The bar/ outside terrace was the only let down. It was August and the terrace area wasn’t open, no tables etc setup which was a shame because it would be a nice area to sit out with a drink etc. The hotel is lovely and I would definitely stay again."
