"The location of the hotel is good because it is at Rio Branco downtown. But I had a terrible experience with the hotel. First, staff were rude. Second, they charged an extra fee because I have a person with me in the room that was for 3 people. Third, air conditioning and TV in the bedroom were not properly working (to be fair, they come to fix after I requested). Fourth, room was very small. One can find better place in Rio Branco for about the same cost. I don’t recommend staying there. "
