"We stayed a night in Duncan for an event, found this one and wasn’t sure at first but the rating made me go ahead and stay here for the price of the room and the cleanliness I was pleased, its a little older property but seems to be well maintained, I would 100% stay here again."

"My family and I stayed for 6 nights while in Duncan for a rodeo event. We didn’t have any issues. The house is very cozy, clean, with accommodations that make your stay very convenient. The neighborhood is quiet and feels safe. We would stay again. Thank you"

"The property was nice and spacious. However there was a hot tub listed in the description and there is not one. The bathroom has a tub and you can put hot water in it but it wasn't a spa tub."
