The ice machine on our floor never had ice. The pool was closed for the last 2 days before we left for cleaning. The gym bathroom was not well kept and staff was notified 2 days in a row. The room was cold and we turned off air conditioning. The fan ran all night and the covers on the bed were not enough to get warm. We probably should have asked for help but we’re really tired The building was beautiful, people very friendly, but we remember being cold
