    4 bedrooms (5 beds), 3 full bathrooms. Fully equipped kitchen with washing machine. Heating and air conditioning in every room. High-speed WiFi and TV available.



    For families:

    Cot and high chair available free of charge upon request and subject to availability.



    Access and check-in:

    In-person check-in required from 15:00. The booking holder must be present to sign the holiday rental agreement and complete guest registration as per current regulations. Access code will be provided after this process. Arrivals between 21:30 and 00:00 incur a late check-in fee. Refundable security deposit required at check-in.



    Outdoor relaxation:

    Large private garden with barbecue and outdoor shower. Two terraces (one covered, one open), perfect for outdoor dining and relaxing evenings.



    House rules:

    Parking: 2 shared indoor spaces plus additional street parking.
