Shower/WC in the pool area, table tennis, patio, garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: WiFi, central heating system, air conditioning, washing machine. Motor access to the house. Stepped path (20 steps) to the house. Shop, supermarket 300 m, shopping centre 800 m, restaurant 500 m, bus stop "walking distance" 500 m, sandy beach 600 m.
